Ebony went above and beyond to fix a reservation mix-up for us, which really made our stay special. I loved unwinding in the cozy sitting area and the well-stocked cupboard for late-night snacks. The only hiccup was a slight delay in getting our room ready, but everything else was fantastic! 😊
